On Thursday, July 13th, Josh Dyment from Grant Thornton LLP joined us to provide an overview of the Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED). SR&ED is Canada’s largest single source of federal government support for industrial R&D in Canada. Each year over $3 billion in tax credits and cash refunds are administered to over 20,000 taxpayers – the average claim size is around $150k.
