The purpose of the presentation is to provide an overview of the PEO practice guideline Structural Condition Assessments of Existing Buildings and Designated Structures. This  guideline defines the professional requirements imposed on practitioners who perform structural condition assessments of existing buildings as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992, including designated structures as defined in the Building Code. Come join fellow EITs for a networking event hosted by the PEO Simcoe-Muskoka Chapter. The night will include a presentation by PEO head office on requirements to obtain a P.Eng, as well as some locally crafted beer, and networking with other EITs. Presentation topics will include EIT experience requirements (recording and preparing experience record, etc.) and the Licensure Assistance Program.
