On March 23, students from across the Simcoe-Muskoka Chapter descended upon Georgian College to participate in National Engineering Month activities hosted by the local PEO and OACETT Chapters.
Activities included Popsicle stick bridge busting, catapults, marshmallow-spaghetti towers, water treatment demonstrations and a crystal radio.
Event partners from the Barrie Public Library, New Life Robotics, Simcoe STEM with Javawockies Robotics were also on hand interacting with participants.
A special thanks to our event sponsors Tatham Engineering and Georgian College!
Looking forward to the next event in 2020!
