On June 13th, the PEO Simcoe-Muskoka Chpater hosted a presentation at Thornbury Village Cidery that provided an overview of the PEO practice guideline entitled Structural Condition Assessments of Existing Buildings and Designated Structures; which defines the professional requirements imposed on practitioners who perform structural condition assessments of existing buildings defined in the Building Code Act, 1992.
