The Council on Market Strategy is a working group of leaders responsible for growth and delivering the promise of the organization.

The purpose of the council is to provide a forum for leaders to work together to help their companies succeed in winning and keeping customers.

Companies will need to adapt strategies and processes to fit the new competitive reality in global and local markets brought about by Covid-19. Business history shows that while great change creates enormous opportunities for some, its spells disaster for the unprepared.

The activities of the Council are based on regular meetings (4 or 5 per year) where leaders:

• Share experiences with other council members in structured & unstructured settings
• Can evaluate & develop strategies, structures, processes & tools
• Identify best – demonstrated practices
• Get introduced to the work of leading marketing & strategy thinkers
