PEO is divided into 5 Regional Congress Committees formed out of delegates from 36 Chapters.

The Simcoe-Muskoka Chapter falls within the East Central Region along with the following chapters:  East Toronto, Lake Ontario, Scarborough, Willowdale/Thornhill and York.
