The purpose of the presentation is to provide an overview of the PEO practice guideline Structural Condition Assessments of Existing Buildings and Designated Structures.   This  guideline defines the professional requirements imposed on practitioners who perform structural condition assessments of existing buildings as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992, including designated structures as defined in the Building Code.
