A walk through the manufacturing facilities located at 9 & 24 Napoleon Road representing over 300,000 square feet

The new environmental (psychrometric) chambers used for the development of products such as air conditioners

Assembly processes for welding fabrication of products, assembly and testing processes for air conditioners, gas furnaces and gas fireplaces

Examples of quality control methods

A walk through the Fabrication Department with state of the art brake presses, automatic punch presses and lasers along with a panel bender and our Shear Genius/Night Train automated fabrication system

Overview of The Studio where realistic ceramic fibre logs and brick panels for our gas fireplaces are created

Please note that open toe shoes and photos are not permitted within the manufacturing facilities. After the tour, visit the 10,000 sq ft Showroom with all products on display.
